If your item is in stock I will despatch within 1-2 working days and you will receive an email notification.

I will get proof of postage for standard delivery, please choose tracked at checkout if you want to upgrade and receive a tracking number.

If you have ordered something which is made to order, please allow me 1-2 weeks to make it.
caring
For felted items: to keep your piece just as lovely as the day you received it please do not pick or pull at the fibres. If I have missed some stray fuzziness a little trim would be fine.
keep your piece out of prolonged exposure to direct sunlight as some wool colours may fade.

When you receive your item, I hope you are delighted.

However, if for whatever reason you have changed your mind you can return your item back to me. Please get in touch to get a return address and send it back in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund.
